Fire&bio protection for wood

The coating for protection of wood from mold, insects and other biological damages, as well as changes it to the group of flammable materials. It is used for processing of wooden products and constructions, elements of coverings and constructions of attics (beams, laths), blockhouses, frameworks, etc. which are not exposed for water and atmospheric precipitations.

Main characteristics of the product

  • Effectively protects wood from mold fungi, insects and other biological damages;
  • Able to penetrate deeply into the surface;
  • Changes a treated wood to the group of non-flammable materials;
  • Has a red color to indicate processing;
  • The product is not to be used on surfaces previously covered with oil, paint, varnish, other film-forming or water-repellent materials;
  • Economical consumption.

Application of the product

Apply the product on the wooden surface that is cleaned of dirt, dust, bark, bast and other coatings with a brush, roller, spray at an air temperature not lower than + 5ºC, as well as by immersion, soaking or autoclaving. Consumption

The total consumption to ensure fire-retardant properties for group I (heavy wood) – not less than 600 g / m2 (1.6-1.7 m2 / kg); the consumption to ensure fire-retardant properties for group II (flammable wood) and bioprotection – not less than 300 g / m2 (3.0-3.5 m2 / kg).
