Special anticorrosion priming enamel for protection and decoration of metal surfaces inside and outside the premises. Intended for clean and rusted surfaces of ferrous and some non-ferrous metals exposed to weather impacts and operational loads. Recommended for finish painting of fences, roofs, equipment components, various interior metal elements, as well as wooden, mineral, plastered and other surfaces.

Main characteristics

  • 3 in 1:
    • rust converter;
    • anticorrosion primer;
    • decorative enamel;
  • can be applied on strong rust up to 50 μm;
  • does not require prior priming of metal;
  • contains a complex of anticorrosion pigments;
  • excellent adhesion to metal surfaces;
  • reliable protection against weather impact and operational loads;
  • withstands temperature fluctuations from –50 °C to +60 °C;
  • easy to use, easy to apply, good flow;
  • does not contain compounds of highly hazardous heavy metals (lead, cadmium, chromium VI).

Application

The priming enamel should be thoroughly mixed and, if necessary, diluted with a solvent to working viscosity. For first-time painted surfaces: remove dust, dirt and grease. Application on strong rust up to 50 μm is allowed. Apply the priming enamel in two coats using a brush, roller or spray gun. Drying time between coats – 4 hours. For renovation of previously painted surfaces: remove brittle rust and flaking old coating, sand and degrease the surface. Severely damaged coatings must be completely removed. Ensure proper ventilation during and after application. Use rubber gloves to protect hands. Clean tools with Miks Color dearomatized thinner. Keep away from fire!
