Helios Ukraine now aims to improve the quality and produce more environmentally friendly products than ever before. Responsibility and care for the environment are among the company’s top priorities.
To implement the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28.04.2021 in approval of technical regulations restricting the use of lead in paints and raw materials, specialists of the Helios Ukraine R&D Department are improving existing formulas.
This improvement is accomplished by replacing the toxic lead compounds with lead-free pigments throughout the whole product line that is produced in our plant.
All Miks color products meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations and do not contain any hazardous heavy metal compounds. Miks color packaging has also been re-branded with the relevant information on the label.
